Kale and I are bonding this weekend as Russ and Payton are enjoying some time up in Iowa with the Litchfields. This was just 5 minutes of our day - enough said!! :)

Mark it off the Bucket List
Dropping from 100 feet at 60 miles per hour!!! Yes, believe it or not I initiated the risky activity and LOVED it!! Russ was brave enough to go with me, but don't be fooled, we were scared (ok, Russ was and I had to hold his hand through it all)! Mark this one off the list, as I can honestly say we will never do it again!
Silver Dollar City
Last weekend we enjoyed a little trip to Silver Dollar City. It was my first, and Payton's first, visit to this "city". Although I felt guilty for leaving little man (Kale) behind with Grandpa and Grandma B (thanks again), I am grateful for the one-on-one time we were able to have with Payton. It was great to see her big smile as she went from ride to ride with Russ :) During one ride she even turned to him and said, "Is this all the faster it goes? What do they think, I'm a baby or something?" :) We had a great time and made memories to last a lifetime :) Thanks Boswells! Friday, September 9, 2011
Pig and Moose
We are obsessed with moose and pig!!! A friend of mine at school introduced us to these books and let us borrow her stuffed animals for a while!!! Payton loves taking care of them and reading about them every night!!
