1) Upload your video somewhere. (Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, etc...)
2) Embed that video in your post. Depending on where you upload it there will be a place to grab the code. On Facebook there is an "embed this video" link. Copy the HTML code and paste it into your post in the "Edit HTML" mode, not the "Compose" mode. If your video is not the right size, you can resize it to look better. Just go to the code that you pasted and look for "height=" and "width=" and mess with those numbers until it looks right.
